Obituary

With great sadness, the family announces the loss of our beloved husband and father. Louis D’Amore, age 81, Unites States Army Veteran; Beloved husband of Frieda (nee Sroka) for 55 years; Devoted father of Leonard (Michelle), Lisa (Sean) Durcan and Lynmarie (Thomas) Macek; Much loved Nonno to Abby, Ella, Josie, Michael Louis, Matthew, John and Bridget and step-grandchildren Bella and Gabe; Preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Grace; Dear brother of the late Tony (Romana) D’Amore; Fond brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and a friend to many; Lou was past president of St. Germaine Holy Name Society. He enjoyed life and especially his golf. Visitation Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady at St. Germaine, 98th and Kolin, Oak Lawn, IL. until 11:30 a.m. Mass.
